Inlet Point consists of 18 low-rise condominiums with a total of 87 units neatly and thoughtfully laid out over 17 acres amidst Palmetto palms and expanses of manicured green space. Condos are arranged three rows deep between ocean and creek, most having a view of one or the other.

Residents are a blend of part-timers and full-timers as well as seasonal vacationers whose faces become familiar as they soon make Inlet Point their destination of choice year after year. While all condos are privately owned, many condo ownerships are divided into interval shares owned by a group of like-minded folks who function cooperatively sharing the cost and enjoyment of their own place at the beach.

Amenities enjoyed by all at Inlet Point include two swimming pools – one with a hot tub, the other Olympic size, playground, crabbing and fishing dock with covered gathering deck on the creek, and of course, the long white sandy beach. Three boardwalks provide easy access over the dunes – each with a fresh water supply for rinsing.

The clubhouse is for owners and their personal guests only. With wrap-around porch, full kitchen, wet bar and restroom facilitates, the clubhouse is perfectly suited for family reunions, wedding celebrations, and other small gatherings. Owners can reserve their date and time with a refundable security deposit and small fee to cover cleaning and utility expenses.

Owners and visitors can expect personable, on-site property management and guarded security both at the gate and on the grounds. Everyone is asked to abide by community rules and county beach regulations designed to maximize everyone’s safety and enjoyment.
